Challenge
The new ownership had bought a damaged brand out of bankruptcy and needed to gain quick agreement on a new vision, market positioning, business model, and strategic initiatives.
Intervention
We used a systematic approach with the new executive team to distill company vision and to develop the competitive market positioning and a supporting business model. We also helped derive the top strategic initiatives and goals for the year.
Results
The company regained almost instant credibility in the marketplace with the new brand strategy and market approach. The business achieved year-one goals with positive cash flow and a significant dividend to the investors.
