Challenge
The client needed business planning to help with the initiation of ambitious creative endeavors in education and entertainment.
Intervention
We interfaced from a business-planning perspective with the internal and external parties on numerous large-scale nonprofit entertainment and educational projects involving real estate-, construction-, creative-, and financial people. We provided business and financial modeling to clarify program assumptions and to establish all-inclusive investment- and operational cost estimates for the projects.
Results
Our work shaped the vision and strategic direction on numerous projects by bridging people in different fields and stimulating new communication. Our financial models became the new standard for evaluating projects and were influential in green- and red-lighting of projects, uncovering significant revenue opportunities and potential cost liabilities.
