Dr. Soren Eilertsen founded Kollner Group in 1999 to help leaders build innovative and enduring companies.  Kollner Group is a boutique business consulting firm with master consultants who have proven leadership experience from inside organizations, extensive formal training, and interest in life-long learning.

Soren Eilertsen, our founder and President, has more than 20 years of experience from senior executive leadership roles and consulting engagements with businesses throughout North America and Europe. In his work as a leadership and strategy consultant, empowers clients to improve market competitiveness, create breakthrough solutions, and attain superior performance. Soren holds a doctoral degree in psychology.
